I've been a renter at this storage facility for several years now, when they first opened they had an on-site manager, by the name of Jose. He was excellent, maintained everything, and it was a great place. Just over a year ago, they made this site a completely remote managed facility, it has steeply gone down hill since then. Last year they had a terrible team for snow plowing their parking lot, and tore up a lot of the parking lot, never repairing it. Huge chunks of black top every where. We live out of state, so we rented a unit for summer storage for my daughter who was on summer break from Beloit College (only 15 minutes or so from the school). The service is top notch! Super easy to pay and very affordable. Jonathon helped us set up our account and was wonderful to work with. He also checked in with us once in a while to ensure everything was going well. We will be using them again next year if we need to store stuff for summer break.
