Danny & Wes were outstanding. Promptly on time arrival, and departure. They were thoughtful and took care while in my home. A camera was used to investigate the pipes so I was able to view what was found. Hydro jetted (fully open) one kitchen pipe that a previous plumber could not fully open with their snake. They were also able to locate my buried sewer cleanout using the camera and a locator. Highly recommend their service.

I have used Midwest on 2 different occasions. One was an emergency and they came out quickly and was very efficient and professional. Fixed the issue while standing in 4 feet of water. The second time was a sump pump install and took them 20 minutes. Very affordable. Highly recommend.

My 8 unit condo building has used Midwest Hydro Jet a couple times, once to replace an ejector pump that had been installed by someone else and failed prematurely. And most recently to jet a sink line lateral that runs over 40 feet from one side of the building to the other. Danny came prepared with tarps to protect the flooring, jetted the line, and left the area clean. And they were able to get us into their schedule within 2 days. We would use them again.

Christian and Wes helped me clean out my underground rainwater drains. I attempted to perform this myself and couldn't locate the pipes or clean them. After hours of work I gave up and called Midwest. They came out in 2 days and had all the drains cleaned in less than 2 hours. Team was professional and worked really hard to get the drains cleaned. Highly recommend!
