Every single person at Midwest HydroJetting knows their stuff. 2025 has been a bad year for our household. We started having backflow from our septic system, and we called Mike, who sent Danny and Wes to fix it. The first attempt failed, but the next - involving a tool that looked like a medieval chain flail - worked fabulously. Danny did an awesome job. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. It was affordable, and the owner, Mike, always responded to my questions and concerns. In November 2024 Mike and his coworker came to our condo building to perform hydro jetting of the main sewer line and the main kitchen sink lines from the catch basin of our building. We have this maintenance work completed annually to reduce the risk of a drain clog leading to a backup into any of the units in our building.
