I have banked with MHB for 10+ years. I got a fraudulent charge on my account of $89. I filled out the paperwork and they removed it. Couple weeks later they charged it back and sent me mail with a copy of front package saying it was shipped to us. We never ordered it or got anything in the mail. It was from China. I left a voicemail with manager Jerry King and a week later no response. I sadly ended up closing my account today.

I just recently finished a real estate loan at the Chariton branch. I can't say enough about what a great job Mary and Tracy did to make sure everything was done correctly. I can highly recommend them.
