I never leave reviews but I believe this office deserves a big shout out. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment until the minute I walked out the door every staff member was exceptional. Dr Clemens took so much time and interest in your whole being even though I was there for a specific purpose. My appointment was mid afternoon and she was running late. Dr. Clemens first came and talked with me about my concerns she was thorough and elaborated on everything she was saying and didn’t just dismiss my concerns she explained them all the way through. She was very professional and personable and made me feel very comfortable. During the exam she made sure to talk to me about what she was doing the entire time and made sure to make it known to me I was in control of the exam. I’ve been seeing Dr. Clemens for over 5 years now, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. From day one, she made what could’ve been an awkward and uncomfortable situation feel totally manageable. She’s kind, down-to-earth, and has a great sense of humor that instantly puts you at ease. Incredible! Dr. Clemens was wonderful right out of the gate. Even her staff was uniquely helpful when I had to reschedule twice before ever seeing her. Dr. Clemens was kind, relatable, thorough, and brilliant. She went above and beyond what I could have expected and gave me so much of her time. I wish I had found her years ago!
