After struggling for two years, I went to Dr. Clemens as a referral from my doctor. She was incredibly detail-oriented and took her time explaining things and asking questions about aspects of my life that could affect my healing. Dr. Clemens first came and talked with me about my concerns she was thorough and elaborated on everything she was saying and didn’t just dismiss my concerns she explained them all the way through. She was very professional and personable and made me feel very comfortable. During the exam she made sure to talk to me about what she was doing the entire time and made sure to make it known to me I was in control of the exam. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Betsy Clemons and her team! Dr. Clemons took the time to sit down and really explain everything to me in a way I could understand. She answered all of my questions without rushing and made me feel completely comfortable. I was even able to get same day treatment, which I really appreciated! The front desk staff was fantastic too, especially the gentleman who helped me get in right away and made the whole process so smooth. Truly a 5-star experience all around. Highly recommend!
The office staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and inviting. I never leave reviews but I believe this office deserves a big shout out. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment until the minute I walked out the door every staff member was exceptional. Dr Clemens took so much time and interest in your whole being even though I was there for a specific purpose. My appointment was mid afternoon and she was running late.
