Called them at 1230p on Halloween Friday. They had a technician to us by 6p. Diagnosed the problem and very courteous.
Ethan was great! Super friendly and explained everything to me clearly and in detail
We ordered a new furnace through Midwest, and unfortunately, there was a part failure after one month. Mike did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem and working with the manufacturer to get a replacement part ASAP. Twice he came to the house after hours, first to install a temporary solution and second once the replacement part arrived. Definitely appreciate his effort and speed in resolving the issue.
