Had some venting work done in our attic. Was quoted a high price, but was told by Travis this was the lowest they could go so they'd toss in a free furnace and AC tune up to schedule later. I never received an invoice after the work was done and paid for, and I've called twice now to attempt to schedule my tune up and keep getting told I'll be called back and never get anything, probably because I was never sent an invoice.
