Every staff member did a good job
Showed up for my appt. on time at 2:15 for a follow-up after a stress test. Got me back to the room in a reasonable amount of time maybe 15 minutes. Patiently waited and waited for some one to come by. Finally at 3:25 I went up to the front to see if they had forgot about me. Nurse went back to check on Dr. Nager and he just went into see someone else now after 330. I asked how long it would be until I was seen. She said maybe 30 minutes. Gave me some canned excuse. The professionalism at the desk was phenomenaly good customer service. I went to see Dr Koerber and let me tell you this man is the most professional and respectful doctor I've ever met. They must have broke the mold after him. Also while I was waiting for Dr Koerber in the exam room they have these monitors that are touchscreen and you can feed your brain all kinds of knowledge about whatever you're there for it really made the wait fly by and I also got to fill my head full of knowledge at the same time.
Great staff and they listen to their patients and try to determine the best care needed. Also Great facilities.
