I had a weird experience and was told 2 different things from 2 different people. I called to asked questions to get clarity. Jesssie (I think the manager) called me finally and then told me she couldn’t answer any questions because she wasn’t part of a clinical team. Still no help and I’m still just as confused. Would absolutely not recommend going here. They also cancelled my follow up appointment the day before but then couldn’t get my back in for almost 2 months after canceling on me.
Great experience with this practice. Fast communication and explanation of results. Doreen especially helpful. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely drops the ball. Doesn't hear anything you say and just pushes you off to another date months and months away that they don't ever have a schedule for. You can't get through to the office or get a return call in any appropriate time frame. You're better off looking elsewhere. Trust me when I say they absolutely don't care.
Been a patient here for years and so was my husband. Used to be a great practice. I was sent to the hospital via an ambulance in May while on vacation and chose not to have a battery of tests done and come home and see Dr Brown. I made an appt when I got home and it took nearly 2 months to get in. Today they call me while I am literally driving to my appt and say “sorry we can’t see you today since you haven’t been here in a while you’re a new patient”.
