They were quick. No waiting. Everyone was nice. Dr Prem great at explaining and easing our mind. Very thorough.
Every person from check in to physician visit was very professional, efficient, and cognizant of my HOH. Each point of engagement with a staff member was very pleasant. As I am an older person their patience was unending. I felt as if they actually listened to me. I highly recommend this physician group if you need them.
Smiles galore! Patient to answer ALL questions, even my dumb ones. Surgeon Dr. Sam has a great sense of humor & able to laugh. Explained the whole ordeal very throughly. 😊
