I took my grandmother in to the store yesterday because she had lost her hearing aid. I went to help interpret and listen for her. Because my gma can read my lips pretty well. The lady that helped us was so unbelievably kind to my gma. She found her a hearing aid she had in store and put it in for my gma so she could speak to her directly about her warranty.
