The receptionist seriously needs to work on her people skills.
They were very timely and professional. The staff was thorough and Dr Smith took time with me. Parking was good and I felt comfortable being their patient.
My mother did not receive prompt basic routine wax removal servi ces from this clinic. Kelly Schmidt did not help her with the obvious cleaning she needed then and instead sent her to a nurse who did not schedule her for nearly a month. Ms. Schmidt apparently believes this level of basic service is beneath her.
Gave me a hearing test and pricing. That was it. No idea what brands or models they have.
I highly recommend this hearing center.
