The receptionist seriously needs to work on her people skills. This is second time I have gone there where the receptionist/front desk was just downright rude. Why? Its a service industry. No wonder people won't get aids if they have to put up with that lack of just basic human decency. Frowning, acting put out to answer an oh so simple question. The receptionist seriously needs to work on her people skills.
They were very timely and professional. The staff was thorough and Dr Smith took time with me. Parking was good and I felt comfortable being their patient.
My mother did not receive prompt basic routine wax removal servi ces from this clinic. Kelly Schmidt did not help her with the obvious cleaning she needed then and instead sent her to a nurse who did not schedule her for nearly a month. Ms. Schmidt apparently believes this level of basic service is beneath her.
