I lost my left hearing aid. This time, permanently(somewhere in the hospital). I reported the loss the same afternoon and was told it would take 7-8 days to replace. It has now been 9 days and the best estimate is another 4 days. I am not pleased with the promises and additional delays.
The Hearing Dr. I had was so friendly and very efficient. The P.A that I talked to after my hearing test was so professional, friendly and explained everything about the test and my hearing loss and need for hearing aids . I had a great experience and would highly recommend, highly recommend this office.
I am from out of town and left my hearing aid charger at home. That meant a week without being able to hear anything! Melissa Miller assured me and said they keep donated chargers on hand for just such situations and for those who cannot afford them. She saved my life and also gave me the opportunity to donate my charger(s) when mine are no longer needed.
Dr Strand is very professional, friendly, explaining the process clearly and giving recommendations without pushing too far. Thanks for positive experience
