Good experience
I was having difficulty with the pairing of my hearing aids about 2 weeks ago and made an appointment to get them checked. Melissa came and worked on them as did 2 other people to try and pair them. No Luck. My problem must be in the hearing aids ! Melissa asked me to let her know when I got them paired. I had an appointment with ENT last Friday for my throat and asked at front desk if she was in and could talk to her after my throat appointment. She took me back and fixed my wire in my right ear and tried to pair again....n... read more
My Doctor of audiology Amanda was amazing. I was fitted and shown how to operate my Resound hearing aids. I could hear clearly from my right ear for the first time in many many years. I am very happy.
Checking in was a breeze. My Doctor Jamie Kirchhoff is a rock star. I have been seeing her over 10 years and whenever she changes office locations I follow her. She is very knowledgeable, great service and very professional. Thank you.
