Lady Texhnicoan who serviced my mother’s phonak hearing aid was very good and direct to the point. My mother was extremely happy she is able to hear again!
Everybody at Midwest Hearing were fantastic! After failing to convince my wife that my hearing was fine and she just needed to speak up(and turn the TV up), I made an appointment for ear cleaning and testing. First, Sara cleaned my ears. She took out a huge hunk from each ear which immediately improved my hearing. My audiologist, Judy Davison, was, as always, very pleasant and knowledgeable. My encounter with other staff members was pleasurable.
I thought Carrie was very thorough and explained my options. And let my decide what my options were, not trying to get my business for her.
