My audiologist, Judy Davison, was, as always, very pleasant and knowledgeable. My encounter with other staff members was pleasurable.
I thought Carrie was very thorough and explained my options. And let my decide what my options were, not trying to get my business for her.
This was my first visit to this clinic. Very thorough, got to the bottom of my issue in one visit. Audiologist, Madeleine Osborne was so easy to talk to and she gave me such relief in getting to the bottom of an issue I have been having for a few years. I wish I had made an appt a long time ago.
All the people I dealt with were very good. Professional and courteous
