Made an appointment a week early with the understanding to call the day before to confirm. Changed my flight plans to get in town early to make the afternoon appointment only to call the day before like I was told to find out that I had no appointment and that they couldn't get my car done until the following week. Clearly a poorly run business and if that is any indication on how they run things than that shows the type of work they perform as well.
