Midwest Glass installed a shower door with a door opening one way even though I wanted a door that opened both ways. Now they insist I told them I wanted it one way and now have to pay to change it. Digging in, the woman I talked to claimed I never had to call even though I called several times with no call back. I had to involve the decorator for them to call me back. I will never use this company again.
