What they do they do good HOWEVER - they are too limited to be of much use to me NO single strength glass units so replacement glass on older windows adds weight causing the balance system to fail NO double strength glass in soft coat lowE (1/4" only) so again the same problem in residential windows - can't put a 1/4" thick glass unit where a 1/8" thick glass unit used to be Also due to these restrictions, overall thickness of units has to be increased - Can't put a 5/8" thick unit in a space designed for 1/2"
Frustrating to work with. They wont make IG units with low E in single strength only 1/8 ". So it makes the colors wrong for soft coat and the units is now twice as heavy so the balances no longer hold the window open. You cant just not offer what a customer needs thats in 99% of residential windows. We literally cant use your company because you cause me problems with my customers. I cant give away free balances and tell them to live with the color being darker that all the other windows next to it.
