This is a PSA on this business!!!! Shady, poor communication, never delivers on time, complete joke of a business owner, has more excuses than jobs finished! We lost $20,000 and never even got past the pouring is concrete! If you refer this person please DO NOT LIKE THAT PERSON because no one should refer this company to a friend or family member!!!! Very sad that after speaking to the police, BBB, and my attorney this business can continue to whatever with no legal consequences.
I do not recommend doing business with Midwest Garage, owner Jeff Klees. I signed a contract on 10/26/2024. He informed me after I wrote him a check for half the cost up front he would not be able to start for 45 days. After 45 days I contacted him for a start date and he did not know who I was. I described my situation, gave him my address, and even landmarks around my house to refresh his memory.
