Josh and crew were courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up the area well.
They were polite, they worked hard and left the area clean when they were finished. Really improves the space.
From the moment I called Midwest Foundation, everyone has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Matt, our salesperson always took our calls and answered our many questions. Justin and his crew was also very knowledgeable and stopped what they were doing whenever I had a question. I tried not to bother them too much lol. Making this a good experience all the way around.

This 5-star rating is for the 2-man crew who came to remediate my sump pump discharge line in the back yard today, 4/7/25. They called ahead of the visit, they were earlier than scheduled which was great for me, they were fast, communicative and left the yard and landscaping materials looking practically undisturbed where they had to dig. My only frustration was dealing with the scheduling leading up to today, and that was more at the ‘home office’ level and with a different crew than the guys who came to do the work today. ... read more
