Gina I was amazing to work with….she helped with the design and handled all changes this crazy customer asked for with grace! When some issues occurred with one of her sub contractors, she immediately took charge and solved the issues quickly and effectively. Love my Latham fiberglass pool!
Gina responded whenever I had a question, the end result was wonderful in my view. GINA took on a rehab project that other pool companies were not interested in. If I had taken the time to think I probably would have gone with more concrete deck around pool.
Worked them for a month or so and found them to be very suspicious. Poor designs and invoices, contradictory information from the various team members there.
