We visited this clinic in December and had a highly frustrating and concerning experience. Medical timing is everything in fertility treatments, yet this clinic failed at basic coordination.First, my gynecological testing was scheduled on the completely wrong days of my cycle, rendering the plan ineffective. Second, it took an unacceptable three weeks to receive my partner's semen analysis results. We were sent for a STAT CT scan. When we arrive Registration literally tell us, "they have no idea how many patients in front of you. You can sit and wait "indefinitely" or leave.... it's up to you". I'm sorry but if you don't have a general idea of your patients. I'm afraid to go further with this facility but I'm new to this state. Would NOT recommend. If your insurance allows drive a little further and go to world class hospitals in Chicago.
Mi experiencia fue muy buena. Excelente servicio y recomiendo esta clínica al 100% si tienes alguna dificultad para poder concebir. La atención es muy buena, te hacen sentir segura y los procedimientos se adaptan a tu horario. El personal de la clinica es muy amable, son muy profesionales en los procedimientos.
