Mishandled sperm test and delayed the results for weeks ultimately giving untrustworthy results. Retested elsewhere and had results right away which were fine. Wife called today to get a release form for prior testing and they said "we are too busy to send the release forms" and that even if she signed the forms to release the results elsewhere it could take over a month. My advice is to just avoid this place. The employees here are unhelpful and extremely rude.
We visited this clinic in December and had a highly frustrating and concerning experience. Medical timing is everything in fertility treatments, yet this clinic failed at basic coordination.First, my gynecological testing was scheduled on the completely wrong days of my cycle, rendering the plan ineffective. Second, it took an unacceptable three weeks to receive my partner's semen analysis results. We were sent for a STAT CT scan. When we arrive Registration literally tell us, "they have no idea how many patients in front of you. You can sit and wait "indefinitely" or leave.... it's up to you". I'm sorry but if you don't have a general idea of your patients. I'm afraid to go further with this facility but I'm new to this state. Would NOT recommend. If your insurance allows drive a little further and go to world class hospitals in Chicago.
