This place is a scam! Don't go here. My wife and I have been trying to have a baby for years so we decided to go here and possibly get some help. They sold us on all the extras like DNA testing and sperm testing, which we had to pay extra for out of pocket. The out of pocket expenses started to grow so we decided to wait till the new year to continue with any other tests they had for us. This clinic is by far one of the most unprofessional and discriminatory places I’ve ever encountered. My fiancé and I scheduled an appointment for today at 7:00 a.m. We received a confirmation code and woke up early—leaving our home around 6 a.m.—to make it on time. When we arrived, the woman at the front desk asked for our information, but claimed she couldn’t find our names in the system. I owe a lot of thanks to Dr. Madanes and his staff (shoutout to Cynthia and Felicia who have been so kind during all of our treatment). Because of all of them, our little miracle was born this month. Treatment was hard and takes up a lot of time and finances, but it was 100% worth it in the end to be holding our daughter now.
