I am very frustrated with the handling of the timeline for my steel post installation. Your team had indicated the installation would take place today, yet no work has been done. I rearranged my meetings, plan vacation and work schedule to accommodate this appointment, but it seems there was no consideration for the commitment made. At the very least, I would expect timely communication if the timeline could not be met. The personnel they sent were Professional, had a high attention to detail and did the work in a timely and highly accurate manner. Looking forward to our next project together.
