You can change the name of your business, but your BBB revocation and name change should be a red flag. Brown / Midwest Fence Company was terrible. We were not in any hurry, but the number of missteps and no-shows throughout the process was ridiculous. My guess is Chris is too busy with other projects and was finding excuse after excuse for not showing up. He would give us a date and then nobody would show up. The fence looks sooooo good, love it, great job boys
Be cautious when selecting your contractor for your spring projects. Storm damage in December 2021 resulted in the need to replace 20 posts at various points of the fence runs. Panels remained attached and intact but posts snapped off at ground level. Had to wait for weather to change for permanent repairs but made emergency repairs and had stood up and shored up fence sections as best we could right after the storm. Midwest salesman showed up on time and provided a fair quote for the replacement of my fence. They must be very busy because next spring is the earliest they can do the project!
I would recommend Midwest to anyone. The team was professional and timely. And kudos to Chris who came by on a Saturday by himself to complete the work. Great company
