If you'd like to have a bank that misleads you and lies to you about stuff, this is the bank for you. Not only did I tell his bank that I'm going through rough times. I'm going through a divorce so I'm going to be late this month on my payment but they told me that they had insurance for me for months now. I've been paying almost $200 extra on my payments and it turns out if they lied to me about the insurance. If not insurance then traditional way it's just insurance that protects them. One 80 year old cashier does not make a bank.
I get my bills automatically withdrawn, and even when my account overdrafts a few cents they still charge a 30 dollar fee. They are super on top of charging you over any other service they offer! Worst bank in existence! There are plenty of banks that do not have overdraft fees that are much better than this institution. Closing my account.
