Great bank, full of nice people to help you. Michael is GREAT to deal with.
Dr.Patel is Amazing but his office staff including his office manager Kim is horrible. Left me on hold for over 20 minutes and I had to call back. Never said it would be a minute she was helping someone. I was charged an amount on a post op visit I did not have completed an additional test. I had both eyes tested the month before. The lady was rude and stated she did his billing also. I asked to speak to Jake which she refused to let me talk with Jake.
