The staff was friendly while we were there, but after ordering glasses this place has been impossible to get ahold of and nearly a month later my glasses still aren't ready. We were told that they would be ready around Dec 29th. We made it clear to the staff that we were moving out of state the first week of January. We had to leave without our glasses and now will have to wait for them to be mailed to us as well. Next time I'll just buy glasses cheaper and faster online.

Dr Toppe was fantastic with my son, unfortunately the rest of our experience was terrible. The assistant who performed the initial tests with my 7 year old was clearly very frustrated she had to work with a child, became irritated if he was confused by her questions and was very unprofessional. We ordered his glasses and still don’t have them one month later. Everyone at this office is people friendly and very respectable to their patients. There main concern is for the safety and wellbeing for both themselves and us the patients. We will continue to come there whenever we need or just to visit the Doctor and Assistants, for they are consider our family. Thank you all for your devotion and care of our eyes.
