Administrative staff were friendly and efficient, nurses were great in all ways, and although I miss Dr. Volmering a great deal, Dr.Saltarelli diagnosed the problem I am experiencing and made effective treatment recommendations. Am very pleased.
Dr. Dan Saltarelli did a good job during the exam although he did notice something about one of my eyes and never explained what it was. When making my appointment I was informed that no Friday appointments were available at all. I have had Friday appointments for decades. Also I was asked for my credit card in such a way that I felt like cash was not an option.
Very professional, efficient, and thorough. What more could you ask for?
I've had significant eye issues and surgeries to my eye in the past. I've also worn glasses for 45 years. Eye exams have always been very stressful for me because it seems like the examiner gets so impatient "1 or 2?" "1 or 2!!" It's stressful, right? I need my glasses to SEE, to live my life! And it's not like I'm quibbling about it!
