The Kenwood Surgery Center deserves Six-Stars. From the reception desk to the pre-ops people and Dr. Jaweed all are Six-Stars.
I was taken back very close to my appointment time. Everyone, from the receptionist, to medical personnel, was friendly, professional, and encouraging. Questions were answered and the atmosphere was calming. When I was released, again aftercare was reviewed and I went home comfortable and confident.
Cleanliness of the facility was excellent. Service and response to questions were excellent. Technical expertise was excellent. The facility was difficult to find because it was back off the street. Thank you!
