Last 3 times I've gone it has not worked properly. The owner Tim says it's been fixed when I call him each time but that has not been my experience. It hasn't worked properly in the past 3 months! Well Timmy you just lost a long time patron of your car wash! At $18 a wash I will go somewhere that actually washes your car and not just takes your money!
The floor drains are always plugged.it's really gone down hill. Go elsewhere

I have used this touchless car for several years with zero issues. Today's visit was not what I have been accustomed to. The under carriage wash hardly made thru half of the truck before shutting off, the pressure during all of the cycles was poor to the point of struggling to rinse off the soap & the electronic board does not work to show what is actually being done. Very dissatisfied with this wash & will need to do it over but this time at home. Will likely not return
