Poor customer service. Frightening Workers, Rude on Phone, – I asked this company to install both my furnace and air conditioner. The men they sent to the house were downright frightening looking. The worker who was supposed to be an "electrician" did not do his job correctly, and the owner had to come out to redo everything. Two years after the furnace was installed, the pump leaked and damaged the edge of the carpeting in my basement living room. I reported it, was promised the problem was fixed.
