Went in yesterday to get the self-propel function fixed on my mower. Aaron was awesome! He looked at my mower while I was there and offered to try and fix it while I waited. He was able to get the belt replaced for me while I was there and it was not as easy as it sounds. I appreciate his patience and determination to fix the problem. He saved me from having to have a lawn service come finish mowing for me and saved me a second trip to pick up the mower. Truly great customer service! The guys at Midwest Equiment are great. If you want to purchase any mower or power equipment for your yard, stop here! The staff are extremely helpful and patient. I’ve purchased a blower, string trimmer & chainsaw in the past couple of years. They also sold me my mower years ago and service it to this day.

Went in for a gas cap and the gentleman was very helpful. They didn't have it in stock but they had one delivered from Bloomington same day. Guys were super nice. Will do business with them again!!

If I could give 10 stars I would, from my first question to final sale of machine Kyle answered all my questions and just knocked it out if the park customer service wise totally worth my 6 hours of driving!
