The Tremont Midwest store is truly a 5-star operation. I’ve used them off and on for several years, and I keep coming back because their customer service is top-tier and their workmanship is outstanding. Most recently, I had an issue that was entirely my own doing. The manager, Kyle, caught my oversight and saved me the cost of a new carburetor. Honesty and integrity are rare these days, and it’s refreshing to work with people who genuinely put the customer first.
Kept my mower for longer than promised. Had to call in multiple times just to get them to work on it. They spent a day determining that it was exactly what I told them it was in the first place. More calls to agree on the service but I had asked them to fix the carburator in the first place. Then they tell me they still need to order parts. Then they call back and tell me they can't get parts. It was just a carburator. Very simple. I can order the parts. Why can't they?
