This was my second time being seen by Dr. MacDonald. He’s from St. Louis and brings a genuine approach to his patients. I simply mention that because it seems like the attention and approach he has to my visit he has with my visit makes me feel like I’m the only patient he’s seen that day. He is wonderful and I strongly recommend him to anyone.

Have always been very pleased with Midwest ENT Center. The staff is friendly & courteous and Dr. MacDonald is very kind & caring & always very thorough. He explains things so you understand.

Dr McDonald is awesome, he is thorough, knowledgeable and kind. The issue comes in with appointment scheduling. I called to confirm my appointment two weeks in advance and was told my appointment had been canceled with him. I was never notified. This happened once before when I arrived at the office for my appointment. I would suggest calling in and confirming your appointment before you stop in. The receptionist was not able to tell me who had canceled the appointment either.
