I would give zero stars if I could when it comes to the dr. The receptionist girl was an absolute delight though. Dr Matthew page spent 5 minutes with me and didn’t seem to be concerned at all with the pain that my mouth full of ulcers was in, and he didn’t really give me any solutions either. Only a numbing gel that I had to ask for myself, and told me to use dental wax to keep my teeth from rubbing them. I don’t have braces for the dental was to adhere too, so it won’t stay on. This was my first time here. They are very professional and the place is very clean! They actually sit down and talk with you and listen! Very good experience!

I would not recommend Midwest ENT. Dr. Page examined me and told me nothing was wrong. A few days later, another provider using the same type of scope found a significant issue. When I raised this, the office called it a "judgment call," and the administrator told me she was sorry I didn't get "the diagnosis I was looking for." I wasn't looking for a particular diagnosis, just an accurate one. Filled out a form to make an appointment. Someone from the office called to make an appointment- I asked about their fees as I didn’t have insurance. The office visit fee seemed reasonable so I asked to make an appointment. The lady said before she could make an appointment she needed to put a credit card on file. I told her I wasn’t comfortable give that information out of over the phone, and asked if they had a secure site or something.
