You enter and go to kiosk to say you have arrived. Sit down wait till your called and pay. Everyone is very nice. Dr Conoyer is excellent in listening and verbal instructions. The longest part is the hearing test.
I wish I could give this 0 stars. I literally loved the staff, this review is directed at one specific worker. Matthew Page. He rushed my initial appointment neglecting to tell me the side effects of the surgery he was recommending me, told me it would be in my packet they’d give me (they weren’t), and promised me a better quality of life. During the day of my surgery I was literally scaring the nurses with how much blood loss I was experiencing, he did not care and left. Have an issue with left ear losing hearing overnight and walked in to see if I could be seen like I had in the past for other issues. Was told by receptionist that they don’t take walk in patients and have to make an appointment. Claimed they have never taken walk in patients. Guess I’m on the hunt for another ENT.
