Great staff and care
The building is old and rickety, the scheduling desk never answers the phone, and when you do talk to someone they're ill-informed with the audacity to also be snarky as well as the billing department. But Dr. Benjamin C., as cocky and impersonal as he is, knows what he is doing! He was the second opinion people hope to find. No "upselling" unnecessary procedures to prey on your insurance deductible, just great care. Get the front desk together though.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR HEARING NEEDS!!!!! THEY WILL BRING YOU BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN RUNNING UP YOUR BILL ONLY TO BE RUSHING YOU OUT THE DOOR TO HURRY ABD GET THE NEXT PERSON WHILE RECEIVING NO HELP!! THEY RAN ME UP A $1000 BILL BETWEEN 3 VISITS AND ALL I GOT WAS SOME PRESCRIPTIONS THAT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. IM TELLING THEM THE TUBE THAT CONNECTS TO MY EAR IS CLOSED AND NEEDS OPENED WITH THE BALOON BUT REFUSED TO HELP ME AND ONLY SEND ME TO WALGREENS! STAY AWAY.
