We are extremely happy with our new Fiber internet service. Speed is consistently fast and dependable. Questions have been addressed in a timely manner.
They keep prices reasonable. Good communication on outages. The smart hub is super intuitive.
I want my butchered pine trees replaced. Destroyed my trees, absolute incompetence. figure out how to replace my trees . Horrific customer service. We have a giant wasp nest that extends inside and out of their transformer box directly over our driveway where our three young children play. MEC refuses to send someone to remove it as the wasps have not yet caused any damage. Private pest removal companies won’t touch it without the direction of MEC because of the location in the transformer.
