The after hours customer service is unhelpful. It's frustrating because they aren't local and explain the only thing they can do is send the outage to dispatch During the recent power outage on 03/13 after our power went on, it kept flickering then shut off three random times and finally shut off at 4am. I just had Xavier Martinez install my fiber optic and couldn't be happier. I despise people being in my home but he was so danm professional and quick. Had all the information, I needed. He made your company look good today.
I want my butchered pine trees replaced. Destroyed my trees, absolute incompetence. figure out how to replace my trees . Big corporation with terrible customer service. The local mom and pop companies might be a few cents more but WELL worth the money to have a human answer the phone.
