Your customer service is awful. You need to learn to stay in your place, that call was way out of line.
Midwest Energy is charging their customers a higher electric energy charge than what they are advertising. The advertised rate has been in a Midwest Energy brochure, current comments newsletter that was sent out with the bills, facebook post along with a youtube video and another internet post. I've tried many times trying to get Midwest Energy to correct the information and they are not willing to. I've heard excuses. I've been told it's just pennies.
