Wuick to shut off your power and get around to pushing a button when they get good and ready. Im old and fell in my bathroom when they shut me off while in the shower. When I called repeatedly after 2 hrs of no reconnect 1st they said on in an hour. Nothing. Called again... probably by the end of the day. Lazy, Slow. Give us money. We'll get to it when we're ready. No explainstion. Their attitude is arrogant. Lots of weird outages. Unreliable.
Power is generally reliable; bad weather is the exception
Quick Service. Don't get behind on your Bill. They are cold hearted and go Corporate and send you to Collectors if you don't make a payment plan.
Shady company, I called and quit my services with Midwest because I was moving in Late December. Even had a letter of credit sent to the new electric company but I guess it didn’t stick because I just found out today I’ve been paying for January AND February.
