This was a super easy experience. They handled everything! When the insurance said no, Jose stepped up and fought with them and got it all approved. Amazing company!
I do not recommend this company. After they get paid they don't care about customer service. I have inquired about a leaking sky window that they installed and have yet to hear back. They got paid for work in two of my homes.
Midwest did a great job on my roof and gutters. T.J. was great to work with. Clean up was spotless! Great work!
Should not be driving the way they do with their business plastered on the side of their truck.
Don’t go through this company—find someone better to work with your insurance. They’re non-responsive, and one of the sales reps told me he would personally be there when the insurance adjuster came. Instead, he sent two people I had never met, who did a poor job communicating with insurance. Because of that, I now have to do three times the work I would have if I hadn’t gone through them. Horrible experience.
