Don’t go through this company—find someone better to work with your insurance. They’re non-responsive, and one of the sales reps told me he would personally be there when the insurance adjuster came. Instead, he sent two people I had never met, who did a poor job communicating with insurance. Because of that, I now have to do three times the work I would have if I hadn’t gone through them. Horrible experience.
I would give more than five stars to Midwest Elite Exteriors, if I could; I cannot recommend them enough. Said Diaz was our contact. He was the epitome of professionalism from the beginning to the end. Check the reviews. Clearly defensive over ruining someone's car during the removal of old roof. Upset that family and friends posted on their google profile about the situation. Should've just made things right in the first place instead of playing games with customers to see if they could get away with it or not.
