Not related to any services, but 1 star for your drivers driving abilities. Your employees are the face of your company, even on the road with your company all of over it! I would post the dash cam video but don't see an option.
Jose Mora and his crew are amazing. Due to a crazy storm that hit Cary, IL, Jose went to bat for me with my ins company and was able to get my roof and siding replaced due to the damage caused by the storm. Jose kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything to me, I knew I was in great hands. There are a few cosmetic changes to come, but it's already looking like a whole new house. I love it !!!!!
They replaced my siding and gutters due to hail damage. The finished product is nice but communication during the project was not good. Everything seemed last minute called the night before they were going to start on the house got a couple hours notice on gutters and that was a Saturday morning If doing this again might look for someone else.
**DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY ** Not recommended for anyone. I would put -10 stars if there was an option. Poor experience with the work, poor experience with communication with only Spanish speaking workers. They were careless doing the roof gutters and siding. They made damages to my property. They covered up the house as quickly as possible to hide the damaged plywood. They didn’t notify me of the rotted plywood underneath the siding they closed it off quickly. I cannot say enough about Gerardo from Midwest Elite Exteriors. He was extremely professional and helped me through the entire roof replacement process. He worked with my insurance company directly - I didn't really have to do anything. He was honest and the whole process was handled professionally. He really handled every step for me. After the job was complete, I didn't even have to ask for all the documentation, including certificate of completion, warranty documentation, etc - they sent it all to me.
