Had a great experience with Midwest Elite Exteriors. Given the timing and scope of our roofing project, conversations went on for the better part of a year. TJ Mena who was assigned to our project was incredible from day 1. Clearly communicated timelines, quarterbacked all conversations with adjusters and insurance, was on-site during installation to ensure everything was correct, and followed up to QA everything as the project wrapped. I DEALT WITH ERIC HERNANDEZ & JOSE MORA AND THEY ARE BY FAR THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PPL I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! Not related to any services, but 1 star for your drivers driving abilities. Your employees are the face of your company, even on the road with your company all of over it! I would post the dash cam video but don't see an option.
Jose Mora and his crew are amazing. Due to a crazy storm that hit Cary, IL, Jose went to bat for me with my ins company and was able to get my roof and siding replaced due to the damage caused by the storm. Jose kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained everything to me, I knew I was in great hands. There are a few cosmetic changes to come, but it's already looking like a whole new house. I love it !!!!!
They replaced my siding and gutters due to hail damage. The finished product is nice but communication during the project was not good. Everything seemed last minute called the night before they were going to start on the house got a couple hours notice on gutters and that was a Saturday morning If doing this again might look for someone else.
