Firstly I would like to point out that I was assigned to you through my home warranty for my rental. You did yourself a disservice by Not communicating. How am I supposed to know what is going on. Don't give me a time window of 3-5 and not show up until 530... Which you never bothered to call or text. B. You showed and didn't do anything to fix the issue. Wish zero stars was an option. I asked ONLY for an estimate at a property we were over seeing to get the electrical disconnected at a secondary structure for a demolition. Not only did I never receive that estimate, Midwest took it upon themselves to send it to a 3rd party (Duke Energy) to rip the electric out of everything. Then, was hit with a $275 bill for "visiting the property twice" which I dont know why that was necessary. Then, for "orchestrating the 3rd party to fulfill the disconnection." Terrible customer service. Claims he’s too busy to answer questions on the phone but has enough time to respond to bad reviews. Go elsewhere with your business.
