Honest staff explained my issues, and they repaired my pump like new!
I would give 10 stars if possible. This company is the best....speed and customer service is off the charts! I took a motor and pump to them in pieces, I dropped off my pump for repair to another pump repair service in town...which I will not name...but if you go to Krum pump website you can read my review :)..They had the pump for 5 weeks...yes 5 weeks! I have used these guys for various components over the years. Never even given a second thought to leave them a review until today. I purchased a motor and capacitor. Had a little difficulty wiring them up due to the wiring being a bit different. But with a quick call and a little bit of explanation (I think his name was allen) had me straightened right out. Highly recommend.
