We have a seasonal camper and they charge us $45 every month for service we don’t use. There is no plan in place for those customers who don’t use electricity 6 months out of the year. I don’t know of any other utilities that cheat people like that
We wanted to say "Thank You" to each of the employees at Midwest Electric! Our power went out at the tail end of a storm in March 14th. We called to report the outage and the power was restored before the estimated time!!! You are awesome... We appreciate each of you!
Your company makes me want to move, your service an repair times are so unreliable! DO BETTER YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY GOOD MONEY FOR YOUR SERVICE!
Trees are hitting the wires an transformer box on the pole causes several problems. The tree almost seems to have an electrical charge to it at time. You need to do a repair or have the tree trimmed
Midwest Electric has always been a great company for us. We just had a short power outage and when I called it in the truck was already out by my house. The power was restored within a half hour of going out. Also got a very kind woman on the phone at 6am! We appreciate you all! ♥️
