I have been a Midwest electric customer for 6-7 years .Prices per kilowatt hour are out of control . I am paying 13x cents a kilowatt hr .It used to be $.10 per kilowatt hour, which was still three or four cents per kilowatt hour higher than the local competition (AEP) , Just up the road from me, my brother-in-law pays 7.5 cents a kilowatt hour through AEP.I heat my home with WOOD .Yet I see $500 + electric bills . We have a seasonal camper and they charge us $45 every month for service we don’t use. There is no plan in place for those customers who don’t use electricity 6 months out of the year. I don’t know of any other utilities that cheat people like that

We wanted to say "Thank You" to each of the employees at Midwest Electric! Our power went out at the tail end of a storm in March 14th. We called to report the outage and the power was restored before the estimated time!!! You are awesome... We appreciate each of you!

Your company makes me want to move, your service an repair times are so unreliable! DO BETTER YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY GOOD MONEY FOR YOUR SERVICE!
