They are impossible to get a hold of to schedule an appointment and then when you do reach them and mention how hard it has been to get a hold of them… the receptionist is really rude. I texted today twice (which they claim is the easiest way to reach them) and called them 3 times. All within their business hours (8am-5pm) timeframe in one day!! I was put on the call list and they said they would keep my place in line if I didn’t want to wait on the phone and that they would call me when it was my turn. They NEVER called bac... read more
Clinic is clean and comfortable. Receptionists are friendly, knowledgeable and available. My Dr. is incredible.
Dr.Cox, Judy, Lauren, Joy, Annie, audiologist Anne Zowin, her tech person and the scheduler (not sure what his name is) along with all the other staff who’ve helped me are outstanding! I appreciate their kindness and professionalism immensely! They deserve recognition for the amazing work they do! Thank you to each and every one of them! Wendy Wade
