Physicians there are wonderful. The schedulers where however extremely inappropriate. I happen to catch her name as Jackie whom seem very bothered by my call, made it feel like the surgery i was scheduling for my kid was inconveniencing her. As soon as I mentioned we will be going to Puerto Rico to visit family. Her demeanor also changed. Thought she put me on hold to gossip to a Courtney about "the annoying patient" she had on the phone (myself. ) I hope management sees this and revises their staffing.
I was having issues with one ear, nose and throat. Dr. Cox was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and addressed all the issues. Each staff person I encountered were friendly and very pleasant. I highly recommend Midwest ENT!
Make sure you ask before the doctor diagnoses you. I guess if they diagnose you then they will bill you more. It should be a right that the doctor asks before diagnosing. I came in for a simple ear cleaning.
Regular visits was handled well.
