Dr. Smith cut the inside of my ear canal during a "simple" procedure of tube insertion. Was also sent to collections on a separate note, for a visit that I paid in full. No statements or calls, just a notice from the collection agency. Completely unethical. When I tried to speak with billing management about the cut in my ear, she stated that "it's common for cuts to happen". DO NOT GO HERE.
