Dana was extremely helpful and thorough to make sure the proper paperwork was completed for our particular form. She made sure we had options as to which collection location was most convenient. Sign up and payment was easy and conveniently done online. The walk in style is great to be able to go when it fits in your time schedule, but that makes the wait time unpredictable.
