I couldn't even get through the intake process without feeling uncomfortable. Just a suggestion but maybe you could hire more personable people to do the intake. This is hard thing for some of us to do and we require patience and compassion when trying to remember things
Never use this place!!. I never felt they were on my side. Never told me what to expect during interviews. NEVER updates you! You will be the one calling or emailing constantly. My health is declining rather quickly..no compassion or tell which direction I should head next. They just want as much $ as they can get from your case..They dont care about your well being (declining).
