I have used this company many times because I prefer to support local businesses. Unfortunately, every experience has involved delays or poor communication. I often wait on prints with no updates, receive no confirmation that files were received, and have to follow up just to get a status. There is always something. Don’t waste your time here, they are super unprofessional! I walked in asking for a professional opinion and the whole time the lady was no help and talking to me like I was stupid… when I started asking for a quote she pulled a piece of paper and started writing down my info and the quote details.. I asked to take some time to think about it and to take a copy of the quote and she said no, you know what it costs… lady it’s a piece of paper with a number on it… I’ll take my business elsewhere. This place is absolutely the best. They have NEVER let me or my company down, and have always been the "Johnny on the Spot" type of company. If you're reading this and need printing services, or constructive resources / engineering resources, Midwest Digital Blueprint is who you need to use. N'Uff said.
