Trying to schedule an appointment for a procedure with them was very frustrating. I did schedule it online yesterday; their system sent me a text message confirming my appointment. I decided to call because I did not get any instructions for the procedure on my email. When I called, it happened that they scheduled the appointment for a consultation, not the procedure. Most frustrating experience finding this location in Schaumburg! Not on Google maps. All text messages and emails have NO contact info. I was Absolutely lost in the building and no one to ask! Finally found it after much merry go round
Incredibly difficult to reach someone about billing. Sketchy practices including not checking your insurance before your appointment but maybe this is more of a medicine and capitalism issue.
Trying to reach someone on the phone (that is in this country) is absolutely impossible. The billing department and those in the office were not helpful in addressing a claim that was billed wrong to my insurance for an appointment from almost 1 year ago now. I have had to waste hours on end trying to get someone to help take care of this issue but since this office got paid they don't seem to care that I am unable to get other appointments covered because of THEIR error.
