These people raise your Rent up $ 150 dollars a year stating that it is do to Maintenance fees and increase in property taxes. But they don't wanna fix anything. And when they do they just cover up the problem. They have changed their name about 4 times already. The management people are rude and disrespectful. Also if you have been in anyone of their house's for a few years they will no renewal your lease. So they can get you up out of their house's when they want to. That's why this company do month to month leases.

I have lived in one of MDA houses for over 3 ears with no issues, always paid rent on time, but decided to move on. The house was left with minimal ware and tare for a single person living there and the company kept up the maintenance over the years. Such as they cleaned the carpets every year I lived there.
