I was in and out of my appointment in hardly any time at all. It was my first time, as a new patient, and I wanted my skin assessed and a few spots biopsied. I was anxious just because it was a new experience, and honestly what if I had the dreaded c word, but everyone was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. I felt room to talk about my concerns and ask questions without feeling rushed. I also learned new things along the way (yay education!). See you all next year!
Stay away from this place. Extremely rude front desk at Springboro location. Multiple billing issues that were an error on their part over a year. Such a poorly ran place. Avoid unless you need a quick appointment, there's a reason it's so easy to get an appointment here and you get in and out quick. They aren't busy. And ask yourself why aren't they busy.
Receptionist was rude, we waited hours and still had wait when we finally got to a room.
I been in this place many times and I like this place. The doctor helped with problems I had. And now I will take my teenager to there.
Actually we score Dr. Choucair lower than 1 star. We were with Dr. Choucair for many years and in the beginning everything was pretty good. However over time the practice and quality of service has deteriorated rapidly. Many Many times we would wait for over an hour to be seen and had actually ended up leaving the appointment. Then I feel after seeking another Dr in dermatology I find that Dr. Choucair mis diagnosed a spot on my head.
