Doctor Woofter and her staff were kind and professional.
I cannot in good conscience, recommend Dr. Woofter. I have been repeatedly disappointed by the poor quality of care both of my parents have received. In my admittedly layperson opinion, annual skin checks should consist of more than the doctor cursorily inspecting head/face, possibly hands. Made an appt 4 months ago told them what kind of insurance I had and they confirmed they do take it. Went into my appt filed out a lot of paperwork just for them to tell me they don't accept my kind of insurance. So now I have to go through the trouble and waiting period again finding a dermatologist. Thanks for wasting my time here. They should of told me over the phone 4 months prior they don't accept it instead of saying they do.
Made an appointment (six week wait- no problem as issue was not an emergency). They called today to cancel for next week. Next available was over two months from now! Explained that they were “just so busy”. Well, they will not be busy with me.
