I went to the one in fond du lac and they kept on lying to me about stuff they did not even want to service me simply cuz I was going to a free clinic while looking for a dentist. They even said I could go there while waiting two weeks for my first appointment in which they denied right after. They just sent me a letter saying sorry I didn’t make it to my appointment; why was it still scheduled if they didn’t want to service me? Just filed a complaint with the BBB about the office of Fredrica Schuster in Fitchburg. They need to review their own mission vision and values as they are slaughtering the name of Midwest dental at that location. If you want to be rescheduled almost every appointment and have them schedule fillings for teeth that they had already removed then this is your place to go.
