Recommendednice environment and very nice people
They have the ability to call once a week for months on end.. without an end ..to keep harassing you to schedule an appointment.
They anesthetize me years ago for a root canal and dental work. They were not to use any metal fillings or metal in my root canal. I just had a cone beam X-ray and they buried tons of metal under neath a white cap. I have been sick ever since. Do not see these people. They are literal criminals. Anyone continuing to use amalgam and perform root canals are sincerely a danger to your health.
Worst experience in my life with a dentist! Never been in so much pain ever at a dentist ! Even told the dentist I was in pain and he failed to give me another shot or even slow down what he was doing! I’ll never want in there doors again! Went to a different dentist and got amazing care and a tooth pulled at new dentist with no problem! In fact I’ve had two teeth pulled sense and no problems! Midwest is a joke ! I’ll never go back!!!
My 11 year old, nonverbal, autistic son had a dental emergency. I left messages with probably 30 offices and 2 Midwest dental locations. Both were the first to return my calls and Midwest dental in Oregon IL went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They scheduled him in today, and were willing to work around the difficulties he has with the dentist. THEN personally made calls to get him scheduled in with an office that could provide sedation and resolve the issue. They even called to check up on him later. When an associate calls to reschedule my appointment that has been cancelled three times because of Covid and their shortage of staff. I laughed out loud when she said April of 2021 ....and then she hung up on me. Last straw with Midwest dental for me. I loved my hygienist but customer service is horrible!!
