It was my fist time there they made me feel. Like i. Was a part of there family ty guys so much for takeing care of me u are the best
Been there twice. Not happy or comfortable with the place first time but because of my insurance went back to have two teeth pulled. Thirty minutes after my appointment was suppose to be(9a.m.) I go to the counter to ask what is going on and she chuckles and says they are running a little behind and picked up small stack of folders and shows me. Needles to say I walked out and will never go back.
didn't inject the nocaine right and then let me sit for 45 mins before tooth was pulled. I had ALOT of pain then she said well it shouldn't be hurting. Believe me I wouldn't recommend and I sure won't be going back. Go at your own risk.
I don't care for the office but I only go there because I have crappy insurance and they have available Saturdays.The doctor is nice, she's quiet, which is okay because I'm quiet too, and she does work fast. My first visit, the hygienists was great and I liked her but I don't think she's there anymore. The staff all seems rude there, like they don't really care for you as a patient. Quickness may not be so good when youre getting 4 or 5 teeth pulled. English is a problem, and she was silent as she was doing the extractions much too quickly, I thought. How this can be an advantage in the feild of dentistry is beyond me. My dentist was insensitive to pain during injection if the novacain, during and after the extraction.
Dr. T. Ngo is a GREAT dentist. Every time I have been there for abstractions, even two broken teeth, she is FAST. Most dentist it seems it takes a long time to get a tooth out but Dr. Ngo is so experienced and good at what she does, you are in and out of that chair FAST. She gets the job done FAST and ACCURATE. NO pain, it's the best dental experience I have ever had honestly and I have been to about 7 different dentist in my 46 years of life. I HIGHLY recommend her. Getting an appointment is fast and easy too!
