Very frustrated with this dental office's lack of communication. After having my appt and my childrens' appt set for 6 months in advance, they failed to contact me to reschedule. They first did this with mine, and they couldn't find another opening before the end of the year. Then, it happened again on 12/30 for my childrens' appts, we went to the office after receiving text,mail, and email confirmations of the appts. When we arrived at the office, they were closed. Won't be returning.

This place used to be the best. I have been a patient here for 4 years but it has changed from SMILE CENTER TO WE CARE DENTAL to now MIDWEST DENTAL. The staffs are not the same anymore. I used to have these two hygienist who were gentle and made my cleaning comfortable. Yesterday I went in for a cleaning and had the worst cleaning experience and front desk ever! The dentist and Richard were great with my mouthguard but when I went in for my cleaning, the hygienist was a new person I have never met before. She was not gentle.... read more

This was probably my best dental experience, from the front office staff to the Doctor, everyone was polite, professional and very genuine and warm. Dr. Davies has a wonderful chair-side manner. He is efficient and thorough and my teeth feel great! Thank you We Care Dental, our family love We Care

This place does not really care about patients. I went into buy a package deal for a cleaning and exams. I was going to buy the $70 program for a cleaning and checking to see if I had any cavities. They kept pushing me to buy the $90 program and then I could have another cleaning in 6 months. I only had $88 dollars on me and to my name and they would not accept that or help me in any way.
